These courses are mandatory and designed to enhance students&#8217; English proficiency. We understand the importance of effective communication in academic settings, and our courses are tailored to help students excel in their diverse areas of specialisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Academic_Course\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Academic Course<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span id=\"Bachelor_of_Arts_in_Education_English_and_Literature\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor of Arts in Education (English and Literature)<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This undergraduate program prepares specialised English language and literature educators equipped to teach in primary and secondary schools in Tanzania and beyond. The Centre offers a variety of short courses and tailor-made programs in English, Spanish, French, and Kiswahili. These programs are designed to help individuals enhance their language skills for personal, academic, or professional purposes. With experienced instructors, participants receive personalised guidance to achieve their desired level of proficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span id=\"Research_and_Preservation_of_African_Languages_and_Cultures\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Research and Preservation of African Languages and Cultures:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Beyond language training, the Centre conducts research on African languages, with a primary focus on documenting and preserving endangered languages and cultures across the continent.
