The activity aimed at supporting secondary school language teachers in Morogoro. These teachers are members of the Tanzania English Language Teachers\u2019 association (TELTA), Morogoro Chapter. The event was a one-day training session focused on &#8220;<strong>Scientific Proposal Writing: Responding to Conference Calls<\/strong>.&#8221; During this training, participants were equipped with essential skills for crafting effective scientific proposals, specifically targeting conference submissions. The initiative was designed to enhance the teachers&#8217; academic writing capabilities and foster their participation in regional and international academic forums. This outreach effort represents SUA-CAIL&#8217;s ongoing commitment to professional development and capacity building within the local teaching community.
