Ferdinand Marcel Temba, PhD in Law, is a full-time Senior
Lecturer, Researcher, and Consultant at the Department of Policy
Planning and Management, College of Social Sciences and
Humanities (CSSH), Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).
Ferdinand has developed interests in Environmental & Health
Law, Labour Law, Economic Law, Social Security Law,
International Law, Agro-ecology Law, Criminology and
Penology; and Conciliation and Arbitration.
He has written on the right to health and access to health care
services, health financing, social security rights, the scope of
employment, trade unions and right to organize in Tanzania, fight
against terrorism and human rights, labour dispute settlement, law
of the sea, and consumer protection.
