Professional biography

Ms Adelina Aloyce  Magaka  is an Accomplished Assistant  lecturer in Community Development  at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in the department of Development and Strategic Studies, College of Social Science and Humanities.She holds a Master’s degree in Community Economic Development,and a  Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development where by among the undertaken courses were gender and development, natural resources management, Project Designing and management,population and development, Poverty Analysis, Community Participatory Methods,Food and Nutrition  Security, climate change,globalization and human resource management.

She  is lecturing  Project Designing ,Project Appraisal Monitoring and evaluation,  Gender and development,, conflict management and development, food security and other development related courses.

her research Interests includes Community inclusion to development,women economic Development,adolescent girls, people with disabilities, Designing and Appraising of community projects,Monitoring and Evaluation of  development Projects ,gender related research, climate change, women empowerment and resilience.
