Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) is pleased to announce the JICA Chair Academic Forum, to be held at SUA on 17th February 2026. The forum aims to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between Tanzania and Japan in the field of agrarian development.
The event will be graced by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, who is expected to serve as the Guest of Honour. During the forum, there will be insightful presentations and an engaging panel discussion focusing on sharing experiences and lessons learning on agricultural mechanisation in Tanzania and Japan.
